Kid's parties and classes at Creating Occasions

All children's parties are based on 2 hours in length, are a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14 and require a 50% deposit to hold your booking. Private parties are held Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend times are flexible.
(Items listed are on a per child basis and "time for gift opening" during the event is welcomed. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult).


Basic Chocolate - $20 - 2 hour event
  • 250g of Chocolate
  • 1 Balloon
  • 1 Party Cello Bag (to hold their crafts)
  • Parent has choice of chocolate mold design and juice when booking.
  • Children are offered a selection of store chocolate molds to use during the party.
Upgrade Chocolate - $25 - 2 hour event
  • 250g of Chocolate
  • 1 Tetra Juice Box
  • 1 Balloon
  • 1 Party Cello Bag (to hold their crafts)
  • Lunch
  • Room is Decorated with Streamers
  • Parent has choice of chocolate mold design, lunch item and juice when booking.
  • Children are offered a selection of store chocolate molds to use during the party.
  • Theme items can be purchased at a 10% discount and will be set up by the store for your event.
Baking Party - $30 - 3 hour event
Choice of multi-colour chocolate, Cupcakes or Cookies
Kids Party
  • 1 Invitation
  • Room is Decorated with Streamers
  • Theme Napkins & Plates
  • 1 Balloon
  • 1 Party Loot Bag/Box (to hold their crafts)
  • 1 Tetra Juice Box
  • 1 Chef Hat
  • Birthday Cake w/Candles
  • Lunch
  • Additional theme items can be purchased at a 10% discount and will be set up by the store for your event.
  • Parent has choice of theme decorations, craft item, lunch item, birthday cake flavour and juice when booking.

Chocolate:

  • 500g of Chocolate
  • Use of store class molds. Children will be shown three different ways to make chocolates and suckers and take their crafts home with them. At least five chocolate colours will be available.

Cookies:

  • 1 Cookie Cutter
  • Children will be shown how to make rolled sugar or gingerbread cookies from scratch. Six cookies will be pre-made so that they can decorate them while their creations are being baked. An assortment of sprinkles and coloured royal icing will be available for their decorating creativity!

Cupcakes:

Children will bake their own cupcakes and four will be pre-made to decorate while their creations are baking. All items are to be taken home. Cupcake liners can be chosen to match colour scheme or theme for your event. An assortment of sprinkles and sugar decorations are on hand for their creativity.
